For the most part, my collection practice is limited to a single large client which I've represented for years. I have filed hundreds of such lawsuits, primarily in Tarrant County courts, and I'm very familiar with the personnel from clerks to the judiciary. I will consider representing other clients attempting to collect debts or defending against debt suits on a case-by-case basis.

Unfair Dept Collections

As a by-product of my collections practice, I have become familiar with the Federal and State Fair Debt Collection Acts. If you feel that one of these acts has been violated to your detriment, or if you need to defend yourself in a collection suit brought by a creditor, I will consider representation on an hourly basis. In successful, Fair Debt Collection cases may require the collector to pay your attorney fees.
